How Can I Pay For My Order?
CREDIT CARD - You can pay by credit card, direct deposit, paypal or bank cheque/money order. We do not accept personal cheques. We accept Visa and Mastercard using the secure facilities of Net Registry. ORDERS OVER $300 - First time only customers who place orders over the value of $300 and are making payment by credit card or paypal will be requested to send photo ID and signature to verify their identity. Due to recent fraudulent activity this is a safety measure to protect yourself and us.
DIRECT DEPOSIT - If you wish to pay by direct deposit all payments must be processed within 2 days of placing the order or your order will automatically be cancelled. If you require an extension on this please e-mail us at shop@iwantabargain.com.au

What If I Get The Wrong Size?
Please return the item/s to our PO address found at the top of your invoice. From there we will issue you an online Gift Certificate for you to re-purchase with but we do not refund. If you wish to exchange on a non sale item please email us to have your size put aside. You will be required to pay postage both ways.

Do You Ship Overseas?
Yes we do through Australia Post International Shipping.
HOWEVER ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE 2KG OR LESS TO QUALIFY FOR REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL POST.

When Will I Receive My Order?
All orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped daily. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next day. Providing you are in the overnight delivery network then you should receive your order the next day. For remote areas it will take 2 to 3 days. Whilst we do our very best to ship to these guidelines please understand that sometimes we are very busy and your parcel might take a day longer to be shipped. Please also understand that we cannot control at what times during the day that Toll & Australia Post deliver. You will be emailed a tracking number the day your order is shipped.
Do You Have Same Day Delivery?
Yes we do. All orders must be phoned in on 9541 0061 and the daily cut off time for this service is 12.30pm.
As each suburb varies in price please contact us for an accurate costing. This offer only applies to residents of Sydney Metro Area. We use Toll Fast for this service.
Can I Pick Up My Order?
Yes you can pick up your order from our warehouse in Menai located in the South of Sydney. Please note that this is for pick ups ONLY. Garments cannot be tried on as we do not have facilities to do so.
What Size Is The Mannequin Photographed?
Our manneuqin is a standard size 8 and we photograph her in a Size 8 or Size XS (but if a style doesn't come in a XS then in a S). Her height is approx 1.6m from base to neck.
My Gift Certificate Won't Work?
Please ensure when processing your Gift Certificate that you are putting it in as a form of payment on the payment page and not in the Discount Coupon Box on the View Cart page as it will not work there, it is a form of payment.
