All purchases maybe returned for a credit but we do NOT offer refunds. To ensure we can keep our prices as low as possible we do not offer an exchange system, instead we will issue credits for you to re purchase with. These credits are valid indefinitely.

Please ensure you enclose either the Tax Invoice you received with the order or a note with your name and order number. Once we receive your return we will issue the credit online.

• All returns must be sent back in brand new condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
• All returns are checked and quality controlled before the credit is completed.
• If any items have been worn or damaged then iwantabargain reserves the right to return the item back to you with no credit issued.
• Please allow two weeks for all credits to be issued.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment please e-mail us at shop@iwantabargain.com.au. We will send you a pre paid satchel with a replacement item enclosed. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered.
