When Will I Receive My Order?
All orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped daily. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next day. Providing you are in the overnight delivery network then you should receive your order the next day. For remote areas it will take 2 to 3 days. Whilst we do our very best to ship to these guidelines please understand that sometimes we are very busy and your parcel might take a day longer to be shipped. Please also understand that we cannot control at what times during the day that Toll & Australia Post deliver. You will be emailed a tracking number the day your order is shipped.
Checking On The Status Of Your Order
If you require any information on the status of your order please e- mail us at shop@iwantabargain.com.au and someone will get back to you asap. If you have been issued a tracking number please call Australia Post and quote your tracking number or if you have chosen Toll Priority you can track your order online.
Can My Order Be Sent To A Different Address?
Yes it can be, simply enter the delivery address you would like in the shipping section on your order.
Can My Order Be Sent To A Post Office Box?
Yes it can but you must choose Australia Post as your shipping option as Toll don't ship to PO Boxes. We ship to residential, workplaces, PO Boxes and Locked Bag Addresses.
Will I Need To Be Home To Receive My Order?
No you won't but the driver will only leave the parcel if he deems the premises safe. If you would like special instructions put on your parcel stating where you would like the parcel left you can write these in the Customer Notes section of your order as you are completing the checkout process.
Do You Ship Overseas?
Yes we do through Australia Post International Shipping. HOWEVER ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE 2KG'S OR LESS TO QUALIFY FOR REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL POST.
